The Greencastle Regatta Festival, one of Ireland’s longest-running maritime celebrations, is scheduled to take place from August 14th to 17th, 2025, in Greencastle, County Donegal. ​

This four-day festival honors the rich maritime heritage of the region and offers a diverse range of activities and entertainment for all ages. Attendees can look forward to both onshore and offshore events, including water sports, family-friendly games, and live music performances by Small Gods, Bjorn Identity & Sin A Deir Si.

A highlight of the festival is the Annual Blessing of the Fleet, a tradition that pays homage to the local fishing community and their vessels.
