Crolly Distillery (Croithlí Distillery) is a boutique whiskey producer located in the Gaeltacht village of Croithlí (Crolly), County Donegal. Housed in a beautifully restored 1902 stone building, it stands as the first licensed whiskey distillery in Donegal since 1840. The distillery honors local traditions by using direct-fired pot stills sourced from the Cognac region, producing handcrafted single malt whiskeys that reflect the rugged beauty and rich heritage of the area .
Visitors can partake in the Croithlí Distillery Experience, which includes a guided tour of the distillery, insights into the whiskey-making process, and tastings of their unique spirits. Tours are available from 11:00 AM to 7:00 PM Monday through Saturday, and from 12:00 PM to 7:00 PM on Sundays.
